Hello!
We’re Fallon and Austin Lloyd— parents to three little ones with another on the way and the founders of The Duckling Village.

From the very beginning, this dream has been guided by God’s hand. What started as a quiet nudge during our family visit to East Texas quickly became something much bigger than us. We fell in love with this area, the kindness of the people, the slower pace, and the sense of home we felt here. It was clear that this was where God wanted us to plant roots and raise our family.

As we spent time exploring with our kids, we saw a need. A place for families to gather, for children to imagine and play, and for parents to connect and breathe. We prayed for direction, listened closely, and followed where the Lord led.

That calling became The Duckling Village! A cozy, safe space built to bring families and our community together. Every detail, from the play buildings to the coffee bar, was created with love, purpose, and prayer. We hope this is a place where joy, connection, and faith grow. Where laughter fills the rooms and new friendships take root.

Our dream is for The Duckling Village to be more than a play place, to be a blessing to East Texas families, a reflection of God’s goodness, and a reminder of how beautiful community can be when we come together.
