Deposit & Reschedule Policy
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date and is applied toward your remaining balance. The remaining balance is due after all guests are checked in for play.
Reservations may be rescheduled up to 24hrs in advance.

For safety and to protect our venue, we ask that nothing be attached to walls, windows, or fixtures.
Birthday balloon add-ons are available! Plain white table cloths are included with party tables.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekend celebrations. Spots are limited and weekends will quickly!

Any additional party setup must be done within your reserved window of time.
All party tables and seating will be set up by staff prior to the start of your session and will be cleaned up after the end of your session.

Adults are free with every private play session. However, all adults and minors must complete a waiver prior to arrival.

Private Play Session and Event reservations can be rescheduled up to 24hrs prior to the start of your event. Cancellations forfeit any deposits made in advance.
All bookings require a non-refundable $100 deposit.
