Private Play

Please Note: Private Play does not include party tables, decorations, setup, cleanup, or party supplies. The facility will remain set up exactly as it is during regular open play, and guests are responsible for bringing any party items and cleaning up before their reservation ends. 

Mini Party

Perfect for smaller birthday celebrations.

Includes:

  • 3 Party Tables

  • White Tablecloths

  • Plates, Napkins & Plasticware

Deposit & Reschedule Policy

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date and is applied toward your remaining balance. The remaining balance is due after all guests are checked in for play.

Reservations may be rescheduled up to 24hrs in advance.

  • We do not. You’re more than welcome to bring your own food and beverages!

  • Absolutely! You are welcome to bring additional decorations to personalize your celebration.

    For safety and to protect our venue, we ask that nothing be attached to walls, windows, or fixtures.

    Birthday balloon add-ons are available! Plain white table cloths are included with party tables.

  • Booking is easy!

    You can reserve your party by:

    • Emailing us directly at info@theducklingvillage.com

    We recommend booking early for weekends and popular time slots.

  • We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekend celebrations and private party dates.

  • Early event set up is available up to 15 minutes prior to the start of your play session. Please be sure to confirm early arrival prior to the day of your event.

  • Adults are free with every private play session. However, all adults and minors must complete a waiver prior to arrival.

  • Private Play Session and Event reservations can be rescheduled up to 24hrs prior to the start of your event. Cancellations forfeit any deposits made in advance.

    All bookings require a non-refundable $100 deposit.

  • All events reserve 90-minutes of private play.

    We offer an additional 90-minutes for $200 that can be booked in advance or individual Open Play tickets can be purchased for the next available play session if availability allows.

    Playtime ends once the next play session begins.
