Memberships

  • Memberships are billed monthly and automatically renew each month until canceled.
  • To cancel a membership, written notice must be provided at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle.
  • No refunds or prorated credits are given for cancellations.
  • Membership benefits remain active through the end of the paid billing period.

Birthday Party Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

To reserve your party date, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment must be received at least 7 days prior to your scheduled event.


We know that plans can change — especially with little ones — and we do our best to be flexible while maintaining fairness to our team and vendors.

Cancellations

  • More than 14 days before the event: You’ll receive a full refund of your deposit.
  • 7 to 14 days before the event: The deposit is non-refundable, but you may reschedule once within 6 months without needing a new deposit.
  • Less than 7 days before the event (including same-day cancellations): The full payment is non-refundable, but you may reschedule your party once within 6 months.


Please note: Add-ons (e.g., character visits, balloons, specialty décor) are non-refundable and non-transferable.  If you'd like to include them in your rescheduled party, add-on fees will apply again.


Rescheduling


  • Only one complimentary reschedule is allowed per booking.
  • Additional rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may incur a fee.

Private Rentals & Special Events

  • A deposit of 50% is required to hold the rental date.
  • Cancellation and refund policies align with those for birthday parties, with adjustments made based on the size and nature of the event.

Notes

  • All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing via email.
  • The Duckling Village reserves the right to modify the cancellation policy as needed; any changes will be communicated to customers in advance.
