Town Keepers are here to help, but they are not responsible for supervising your children.
An adult must stay with children at all times.
🦆 Play Safely & Kindly
No running or rough play.
Be respectful of other children and families.
No bullying — from kids or adults.
🦆 Respect Our Village
Do not climb on exhibits, furniture, or displays.
Be gentle with toys, props, and play areas.
Tidy up toys or props when you’re done playing.
Let a team member know if something spills or breaks.
🦆 Food & Drinks
Outside food and drinks are welcome in the seating area.
No group meals, party food, or shared platters, please.
🦆 Health & Wellness
Please visit another day if your child or you are sick.
🦆 Photos Are Welcome!
Capture your memories, but respect the privacy of others.
🚫 Rule Enforcement
If rules are not followed, you may be asked to leave without a refund.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who disrupts the safety or enjoyment of others.
No weapons of any kind are permitted on the premises.
